You can resend your e-ticket at any time via 'Orders’ in our website.

1. Visit our website and click on 'Orders’ , then key in your Airpaz code and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
2. Click on ‘Search’
3. Go to resend itinerary and key in your email address then click on "Send"

You can find your booking code in the email confirmation that we sent to you.

Airpaz provide 2 booking codes in your email, They are Airpaz code and airline booking code.

Rest assured! This will not cause any problems for you. Tickets with 'low cost carriers' (such as AirAsia) do not provide an e-ticket number on the e-ticket. These airlines usually show a barcode instead of a ticket number on the boarding pass. You will receive your boarding pass from the airline after completing your counter check-in.

Missing a flight can be stressful, but here are some steps you can take:\

1. Contact the Airline: Immediately get in touch with the airline's customer service. They can provide information on your options, such as rebooking on the next available flight or potential fees for changes.
2. Check Your Ticket Terms: Review the terms and conditions of your ticket. Some tickets may allow for changes or refunds, while others might not.
3. Travel Insurance: If you have travel insurance, check your policy to see if missed flights are covered. Your insurance provider may assist with rebooking or compensation.
4. Alternative Flights: Look for alternative flights with the same or different airlines. Sometimes booking a new flight can be faster than waiting for rebooking through the original airline.

To check your flight booking status:

1. Open the Airpaz Orders page.
2. If you booked as a member, sign in and select the relevant booking.
3. If you booked as a guest, enter your Airpaz Code and the email address used for the booking.
4. Review the latest status under Order Details.

Airpaz will also send booking updates and the completed itinerary to your registered email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

To update the contact details associated with a booking, contact Airpaz Customer Support.

For verification, prepare the following information:

• Your Airpaz Code
• The passenger’s full name and date of birth
• The previous email address or phone number
• The new email address or phone number
• A copy of the passenger’s valid passport or identification card

The updated contact details apply to the booking record and do not change the passenger name shown on the ticket.
