For add baggage, you can simply go to 'Orders' menu in our website/apps.
Here are the detailed instruction for Add baggage request:

1. Visit our website and click on 'Orders’ , then input with your Airpaz code and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
2. Click on ‘Search’
3. Choose the option 'Add baggage’ and follow the steps.

For Member, then you must login first in order to Manage your booking,

There are a few reasons why you might be unable to add baggage to your booking:

• Pending Request Needs Completion: If you have any pending requests on your booking, they need to be completed before you can proceed with a new request. Please check your booking details and ensure all previous requests have been finalized.
• Airline Restrictions: Some airlines do not offer the option to add extra baggage online. In such cases, you may need to contact the airline directly or add baggage at the airport.

If you haven't booked yet and you want to know how much baggage you can bring, you can view the checked baggage allowance when you search your flight.
Please pay attention to the baggage symbol. If you don't see the baggage symbol, it means you need to buy the baggage for your flight (no free baggage provided).
You can check the minimum and maximum quantity of the additional baggage allowance during the booking process. Please see on the traveler data information page during booking process and you will find the baggage option.

If you already booked your flight and you want to check the baggage information, please check it in the 'Orders'.
The quantity of baggage that you can take with you will be different per airlines.

Hand (cabin) baggage normally allowed up to the maximum 7 kg per person/ traveler.

Traveling with Sports Equipment:

    - Most sports equipment is prohibited in the cabin and must be placed inside your checked baggage. Ensure you purchase extra baggage capacity to accommodate your sports equipment.

    Steps to Add Sports Equipment:

1. During Booking: After selecting your flight and entering passenger information, proceed to the next page.
2. Sports Equipment Option: If available, select the "Sports Equipment" option.
3. Passenger Selection: Choose the passenger to whom you want to add the sports equipment.
4. Request Selection: Pick your preferred sports equipment option from the menu.
5. Review Cost: The price for the selected option will be displayed.
6. Submit: Tap "Submit" to add the cost to your total booking price.
7. Continue to Payment: Proceed to payment and complete the transaction.
8. Confirmation: Once payment is verified, details of your request will be available on your e-ticket and invoice.

    Important Note:

    - Checked baggage and sports equipment allowances cannot be combined as sports items may need special handling. Consider purchasing sports equipment allowances for seamless check-in.

Adding Sports Equipment Post-Booking:

1. Help Center: Visit our Help Center form.
2. Submit Request: Select "Mail Us Your Request."
3. Special Request: Choose "Special Request" and then "Purchase Sports Equipment Baggage."
4. Fill Form: Complete the form with the necessary details.
5. Submit: Tap "Submit" and wait for our support team to contact you.
