How do I use an Airpaz e-voucher?
To use an Airpaz e-voucher:
- Visit Airpaz and select your destination and flight schedule.
- Choose the same currency as the voucher.
- Enter the passenger information and continue to the payment page.
- Enter the 16-digit voucher code and select “Verify.”
- Review the displayed terms and agree to continue.
If the new booking costs more than the voucher value, you can select a payment method for the remaining balance. If it costs less, the unused voucher balance will be forfeited.
Your voucher details are sent by email. Check your inbox and spam or promotions folders if you cannot find them.
I cannot use my voucher
If your voucher code isn't working or if you don't see the field to verify your voucher, then you need to make sure your booking meets all the following conditions:
- Voucher must be applied by using same currency from your original booking
- Check if all spaces are deleted at the beginning and at the end of the code
- Check if you are mistaken 0 (the number) with O (the letter)
- Check the validity of the code. A voucher code is valid for 1 year since the date you received the voucher email.
- The voucher from flight booking is valid for flights only
- Enter the code on the payment page by clicking on ‘Verify’ to apply the voucher code
A voucher code is valid for 1 year starting from the date when you received the voucher email. Once validity has expired, you can’t redeem it anymore.
Can I exchange my Airpaz e-voucher for a cash refund?
Airpaz e-vouchers are generally issued and used according to their stated terms and conditions and cannot automatically be exchanged for cash.
If your voucher email includes a cash-refund request link, select the link and follow the instructions to submit a review request. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, the voucher will become invalid and the refund may take approximately 7–14 working days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
