Refunds mainly depend on the airline’s approval process. Airpaz processes your refund immediately once the airline confirms eligibility. After that, the release of funds depends on your bank or card issuer, which may take additional time to return to your account. To ensure a smoother refund process, always make sure your booking details are correct and use a verified payment method.

The refund amount of cancellation will vary per hotel which is based on the hotel’s policy. There might be a cancellation fee for each cancellation request.

For check your refund status, you can simply go to 'Orders' menu, then fill in your Airpaz code and your registered email.

If you request for a refund, the status will be displayed there.
