Refunds mainly depend on the airline’s approval process. Airpaz processes your refund immediately once the airline confirms eligibility. After that, the release of funds depends on your bank or card issuer, which may take additional time to return to your account. To ensure a smoother refund process, always make sure your booking details are correct and use a verified payment method.

The refund amount of cancellation will vary per hotel which is based on the hotel’s policy. There might be a cancellation fee for each cancellation request.

For check your refund status, you can simply go to 'Orders' menu, then fill in your Airpaz code and your registered email.

If you request for a refund, the status will be displayed there.

If you have registered and have an Airpaz account before, please login to your Airpaz account first before go to 'Orders' menu.

A submitted refund or cancellation request cannot be cancelled directly from the website or application.

If you submitted the request by mistake, contact Airpaz Customer Support as soon as possible. We will check whether the request can still be stopped, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the airline, hotel, or payment provider has started processing it.

The available refund method depends on the booking condition, original payment method, supplier policy, and the reason for the refund.

Your refund may be provided as an Airpaz e-voucher, returned to the original payment method, or transferred to a bank account when applicable. The confirmed refund method will be displayed in your refund details or communicated to your registered email address.
