History

Batik Air which operates with IATA (ID) and ICAO (BTK) was first established in 2013. The airline is managed by PT Batik Air. Throughout its journey, Batik Air intended to serve more customers by innovating its services. This airline was first flown on 03-05-2013. The first ever flight route was Jakarta (CGK) - Manado (MDC) and Jakarta (CGK) - Balikpapan (BPN) using Boeing 737-900ERs. Batik Air has been awarded OAG Flightview in Januari 2018 and PT Angkasa Pura in 2017.

Flight Attendant

Batik Air cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by white, purple and red. For male flight attendants, they wear white shirt and purple trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear white kebaya V collar or white kebaya round collar with embroidery with batik pencil long skirt which is dominated by purple color. The design itself represents their strong passion to offer the best passengers' experience during the flight.
