1. Go to Airpaz website, or access the Airpaz application (Android/iOS) on your mobile phone. 2. Fill in the details in the flight search box. 3. Choose your perfect flight. 4. Fill in the passenger detail and contact information on the booking page. 5. Complete payment through the selected method. 6. Receive your Peach Aviation flight e-ticket in the My Booking page, or in your email.

Company Profile

Peach is a low-cost airline based in Japan. Its head office is on the fifth floor of Kensetsu-to. Peach is an airline that began services in March 2012 with a completely new concept. Based on the idea of a ‘flying train’, and making possible what had previously seemed impossible in the Japanese aviation industry, Peach develop air routes back-to-back at the fastest speed ever to continually expand their business. What Peach is aiming for is to become a ‘bridge for Asia’. To enable everyone to travel casually at modest fares and create a world filled with happiness and warm smiles by bringing people together is the dream of Peach Air. To become a ‘bridge for Asia’, Peach was selected as a ‘Global Growth Company’ in the World Economic Forum in 2012. In 2015, Peach became the first airline in northeast Asia to receive the title of ‘LCC of the Year’ from the Centre for Aviation (CAPA), a major global aviation think tank. This affirmed the unique value of Peach Airlines, not only in Japan but also in Asia and on the global stage. In recent years, Peach Airlines have initiated collaborations with top Japanese artists and world-class auto makers and the appreciation to its value is widely spreading. Five years have passed since Peach first appeared on the Japanese aviation scene, and the company has only just entered the beginning of a new era. Although initially noticed for its modest fares as Japan’s first LCC, Peach will take a step ahead of the price competition. While maintaining affordable fares, Peace will embrace the slogan ‘from price competition to value creation’ in order to differentiate the experience flying Peach beyond the conventional framework of airlines and continue to cultivate demand in the ever-growing Asian market. Flight Attendant

Peach Air's flight attendants wear fuchsia pink uniform, the airline's company main color. The newest model of the uniform allows the flight attendants to work more efficiently. It also shows the charm and imaginative nature of the company, and their genuine willingness to serve the passengers.

Fleet

As for the fleet, Peach Air uses Airbus A320-200 on all the flights and routes it serves. All of the airplanes are fitted with three-seats per row, and can accommodate up to 180 passengers. To cut on costs the seats are a little tight, although still comfortable. On the 18th of July 2018, Peach Air announced that it is ordering a set of new airplanes - the A321LR, which will be used to support their route expansion to new destinations all over Asia. The first of the airplanes are planned to have arrived in 2020. This airline will then be the first LCC in Asia to use this model.

Baggage

Simple Peach fare (Peach's basic fare) does not include any checked baggage allowance. Passengers traveling on the Simple Peach fare will be charged for any checked baggage presented at the airport. If you must check baggage, we recommend that you choose Value Peach fare which includes one piece of baggage or Prime Peach fare which includes two pieces of baggage. Checked baggage can be requested in advance via the Internet at reduced rates. Request can also be made at te Contact Center and at the airport on the day of travel at higher fees. Note: Cash is not accepted for payment at airport counters. Only credit cards are accepted. How to Check Baggage Items of baggage which will not be carried on board should be checked in at the Peach baggage counter. You can pre-book baggage online or via call center of Peach. At the airport, you will receive your boarding pass from the automatic check-in kiosk. Please present your boarding pass and bags to the attendant at the peach baggage counter. hand your baggage to the clerk.

Passengers can save money by booking baggage online

Adding checked baggage via website is only available up to 1 hours before flight departure.

If Passengers have a Muli-city booking, you may not be able to add checked baggage on your own using the "Manage Booking" page. If you are unable to make additions, please consult the Contact Center. (Changes made via airport counter would be charged of different change fees.)

If you want to change the amount of checked baggage (ex. from 1 piece to 2 pieces). Passengers cannot do it online. Please call contact center or go to Peach airport counters. (Change made via contact center or airport counter would be charged of different change fees)

It is also possible to check-in your baggage at the airport counter on the day of your departure. After receiving a boarding pass at the automatic check-in kiosks, please present the boarding pass at the Peach baggage counter. Please pay the baggage fee at the counter. and hand your baggage to the clerk. Only credit card payment is acceptable at the airport counter. Passengers will be given a baggage receipt. Please keep this receipt with you until you reclaim your baggage at your destination. [No Baggage transfer] Currently, Peach only offers point-to-point baggage service. If you have made two separate bookings (e.g. Sapporo -Osaka (Kansai) - Fukuoka) in the same day, you will need to collect your baggage at each arrival point and re-check-in again.

Kiosk Check-in

Please complete check-in with Peach kiosks between 90 minutes and 30 minutesbefore the scheduled departure. (For the first departing flights from Kansai International Airport, check-in is open at 5:30 am until 25 minutes prior to the departure. Hold the barcode on your itinerary under the scanner on the kiosk. If you do not have the barcode, please enter the booking number. A boarding pass will print for each passenger (including infants). Please take it with you. *if you need special assistance, please call Peach's contact center in advance and come to Peach's counter check-in at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. Caution :If check-in is not completed by 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, you will not be able to board the flight and you may lose your fare in full. *Kansai International Airport and Okinawa (Naha) Airport check-in kiosks are opened until 25 minutes before the scheduled departure.
