Passengers using the service of Air Tanzania are provided a cabin baggage allowance included in their ticket fare

Personal Item Bag

Air Tanzania offer passengers the convenience of carrying an underseat bag on board for free, with a maximum size of personal_item_size, along with any items bought at the airport. Please remember that it must fit under the seat in front of you.

Checked Baggage

Passengers on domestic routes have 23 kg free checked baggage allowance, but passengers flying international flights do not get checked baggage allowance. Free checked baggage allowance is provided for the passengers flying on Air Tanzania. Passengers on international flights will get 46 kg free checked baggage allowance, but passengers flying domestic routes with Air Tanzania do not get free checked baggage allowance. Free checked baggage allowance is provided for the passengers flying on Air Tanzania
